Generate images with FLUX.2 [dev] for free, without an account: the open-weights text-to-image model released by Black Forest Labs in late 2025, known for sharp detail, faithful prompt following, readable text inside images, and editing guided by reference pictures. Write a sentence, get a high-resolution image in the embedded demo below.
Both are open text-to-image models. FLUX (FLUX.1 in 2024, FLUX.2 in 2025) uses a larger flow-matching transformer with much better prompt adherence and text rendering, but it needs far more VRAM and has fewer community fine-tunes than SD 1.5 or SDXL.
FLUX.2 [dev] is downloadable from Hugging Face under a non-commercial licence, but it is a 30-billion-parameter class model: expect 24 GB of VRAM or more, or quantised versions in ComfyUI on smaller cards.
This demo is hosted by a third party (Hugging Face Space) and embedded here; it can be slow, queued or temporarily unavailable when the host is busy. Nothing to install, no account needed.
